Vanilla Fudge

If you love vanilla/white chocolate like I do, you will love this easy fudge recipe.
Here’s what you need:
1/4 cup softened butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
chocolate sprinkles
Here’s what you do:
Line a 9 by 13 inch pan with foil, spray lightly with cooking spray.
In a saucepan simmer the butter, marshmallows, heavy cream, sugar and salt.
When its smooth,stir in the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Blend well, and spread in pan.
Coat with chocolate sprinkles, cool, then cut into squares.
